Well Isn't This Special Part II...

Yay more "fairness"!

IRS pays illegal immigrants $4.2 billion while stalling Tea Parties
While harrying and stalling Tea Party groups seeking nonprofit status, the Internal Revenue Service mailed $4.2 billion in child-credit checks to undocumented immigrants.

Critics say midlevel IRS bureaucrats continue to abuse the Additional Child Tax Credit program by dispensing $1,000 checks to families in this country illegally.
Boy, isn't that just swell? Tea Party groups - known for their terrorist activities like burning crosses and lynching people, according to Democrats, can't even get their tax-free status verified by the IRS, but the IRS has time to actively search out illegal aliens and send them our tax dollars. My heart swells with pride when I think of the Internal Revenue Service being used by a President to punish his enemies and reward his supporters.

You know, like all good banana republics...

It really shocks me that people continue to try to defend the media any more against charges of bias. Just imagine what the stories would look like if the IRS had denied MoveOn a tax-free status at the same time giving all NRA members unearned tax credits when George W. Bush was in office. The shrieking could be heard from coast to coast - and rightfully so. But when it happens under President Obama, the crickets are so loud as to be deafening...

It's the only thing that got me to vote for Romney - the idea that the media might just start doing its damned job again...

That is all.

Thanks to the BLNN for the story - I've got to get my code back!

Jay,

This surprises you? It has been well established that the EIC was nothing more than welfare disguised as a tax plan. Can you show me a welfare program that is NOT chocked full of corruption? One that is NOT horridly abused by "undocumented" residents? Hmmm? Didn't think so.

And do NOT get me started about tax prep services -- none of which I will name -- that specialize in preparing returns to maximize the EIC benefit.

Gah.
