Michelle Obama’s Princeton classmate is executive at company that built Obamacare website
First Lady Michelle Obama’s Princeton classmate is a top executive at the company that earned the contract to build the failed Obamacare website.Remember when Halliburton won a no-bid contract and the media lost its collective MIND because Dick Cheney once worked for them? It was front page news for several weeks straight, and it was often overlooked that Cheney was completely unaffiliated with Halliburton when the contracts were awarded. Because Cheney once worked for Halliburton, anything the company did was suspect - even though Cheney was retired and completely divested of Halliburton - their success or failure had no impact on his retirement package.
Toni Townes-Whitley, Princeton class of ’85, is senior vice president at CGI Federal, which earned the no-bid contract to build the $678 million Obamacare enrollment website at Healthcare.gov. CGI Federal is the U.S. arm of a Canadian company.
Here we have a sitting senior manager with direct ties to the Obama administration who wins a no-bid contract - despite her company being dangerously incompetent with a track record to show it - and nary a peep is heard. Yet again more proof of why I voted for Romney - does *anyone* doubt that had the whole ObamaCare fiasco had happened to the Romney administration, that the media would have ignored Ann Romney's ties to the company that produced it?
I'm sure it's just coincidence, though - much like those airborne porcines I saw yesterday...
That is all.
