Heh. Wally sent me this picture yesterday of one of his latest projects:
Look, it's the latest offering from Biden Tactical!
The bottom shotgun has a 9" barrel, the top is 12.5". The shotguns started life as Mossberg Maverick HS12 shotguns (Hmmm. wonder if Mossberg would offer up one for T&E?), and were massaged by York Arms into their current configurations. Figure if you're limited to two shots a la Joe Biden's tips on self-defense, you might as well get the best spread possible. You know, since you're going to be firing into the air, rather than, say, at your assailant where it might do some good.
I'm still in shock that this was actual, honest-to-goodness "advice" given by the Vice President of the United States. I mean, this is the kind of talk you'd expect to hear from a 10 year old, perhaps, and one that had ever seen a firearm outside of Nintendo's "Duck Hunt". It ignores the rules of firearms safety and common sense, and in the end, anyone following Biden's "advice" would wind up in violation of local laws - as well as facing an unknown adversary with an empty gun.
Fortunately, the rest of us that live on planet Earth and not fantasy Biden land have other, better options...
That is all.
