Leads, Following...

My #1 blogson has music for New Year's Day. In that spirit, I present the most depressing New  Year's-themed song ever recorded:

Please remove all sharp objects and turn off all gas appliances before playing. I had a friend years ago, a musician, who was a big Dan Fogelberg fan and loved this song. He went to college in North Carolina, and I drove down with him one summer to help him move in, and we listened to Dan Fogelberg's Greatest Hits about 20 times. The good part is that all the sad is out of this song for me - it has been replaced by a general twitching...

Happy New Year 2013, everyone.

That is all.

Dan's music has always had a bit of a melancholy feel to it, but for flat out depressing nobody touches Harry Chapin.

Happy New Year, Jay, and here's hoping we'll see less comment spam. :-p

I was wondering why, anytime Dan Fogelberg came on the radio I had trouble keeping the tires between the little lines on the roadbed.
Thank You for clearing that up.
