Poor Fauxcahontas...

Wow. Just wow. This can't be good...

UMass/Herald poll: Brown pulling ahead of Warren
U.S. Sen. Scott Brown has moved into a narrow lead over rival Elizabeth Warren while his standing among Massachusetts voters has improved despite a year-long Democratic assault, a new UMass Lowell/Boston Herald poll shows.

The GOP incumbent is beating Warren by a 50-44 percent margin among registered Bay State voters, a turnaround from the last UMass Lowell/Herald poll nine months ago that had the Democratic challenger leading by seven points. Among likely voters, Brown is leading the Harvard Law professor by a 49-45 percent margin, just within the poll’s 5.5 percent margin of error.

Now, Brown is still within the margin of cheat error, but it's noteworthy that he's ahead. The left has invested a lot of political capital in defeating Scott Brown, between maintaining control of the Senate and regaining Ted Kennedy's seat and all. Elizabeth Warren has lied through her teeth this entire campaign, with a complicit media perfectly willing to go along for the ride.

Now, I have no love for Scott Brown. He's proven himself to be a Republican in the mold of Mitt Romney - RINO, IOW - and is about as far from being an actual conservative as his opponent. The difference is that Brown's campaign isn't putting out ridiculous ads tying Elizabeth Warren to [insert Democrat who has made a ridiculous statement here] like Warren did with Brown and Todd Akin.

And Brown leading huge in independents has got to have Taxagawea shaking in her moccasins...

That is all.
