FBI did not investigate Fort Hood shooter 'because of political correctness' according to new report
In emails to a known terrorist, the man charged with killing 13 people in a 2009 attack at Fort Hood, Texas, expressed his support for suicide bombings and killing civilians — glaring signs that the FBI did not act on but should have, a report has claimed.
Army Maj. Nidal Hasan told a radical Islamic cleric that he advocated using suicide bombers and that he believed it was OK to kill civilians.
Got it? One of the largest mass shootings in US history and the FBI could have prevented it, had they not been more concerned about being politically correct. Hasan was talking to the #2 man in Al Quaeda, telling him that he agreed with their agenda and his willingness to murder civilians to further their aims. And no one did a damned thing, because it wouldn't have been politically correct.
Let me put this plainly: We. Are. Screwed.
What other plots are out there right now that will result in dead Americans all because the squishy idiots don't want to hurt feelings? It is positively dumbfounding that the FBI would have ignored these signs under the PC umbrella - that they would rather leave this ticking time bomb running loose on an Army base just hoping that he won't snap.
Well, they chose wrong, and as a result of that some 13 people died. Because of rampant incompetence coupled with irrational fear of offending people, our soldiers were put at unnecessary risk and wound up paying the butcher's bill for the FBI's idiocy.
The amazing thing is that we haven't been attacked more giving the stunning incompetence on display...
That is all.
