Massachusetts school district launches student condom policy
A Massachusetts school district will be contacting parents in the next two weeks to detail a new program allowing students ages 12 and older to have access to condoms. Now, I grok the need for some sort of policy in place, but I don't get why a 12 year old can get a condom from the school nurse but not a Tylenol. Tylenol is perfectly legal for them to have and use. Technically, the condom is not - especially for a 12 year old. It would seem to me that handing a condom to a 12 year old would make one an accomplice to statutory rape, no?
The Springfield Republican reports that officials with Springfield's School Department will emphasize that parents and guardians have the right to opt out if they do not want their children to get condoms.
And let's not even get into the legal implications if the condom broke and someone got pregnant...
That is all.

Well, condoms are completely legal for the 12 year-old to purchase and to posess...just not to use for sex. Technically, sex isn't the only thing one could use condoms for.
I'm sure there will be lots of fun with balloons during recess.
The first son of a bitch that gives a condom to my 12 year old daughter gets my foot up to the knee in his ass. When I was a teen, condoms came from dad, lived in your wallet and screwed up your shot at ever getting a date if the girls knew you had it; young ladies respected themselves then.
Unfrikinbelievable...
I think like Ken O. Good man!
You want to date my daughter? A big plus would be if you're a CCW holder.
However, if someone winks and hands her a condom then they might have a vital organ removed without the use of anesthesia via my bare hands.
My better half is a school nurse in Illinoikstan. It's all about legal responsibility. Any drug, even OTC, can't be dispensed by a nurse without doctor's orders. Bogus? Yep.
For answer to riddle please see previous post.
Apply foot to rectum until you can control their eyeballs by wiggling your toes.
Well, the school is simply trying to protect your kids. After all, if you give Tylenol to the little drunkards, it can damage their livers. So, the school nurse just wants to be sure not to allow them to mix the two without your permission.
